The hotel and its surrounds make it even a better place to stay at, the place is clean and the staff keeps up with the place. The mornings are best because its surrounding streets are colonial and its stores,small markets and places to eat are all mom and pop shops, which makes the experience of walking around the hotel a good morning experience while looking at all the architecture and experience a calm community around the hotel. Also the hotel restaurant has a good cook with a good tasting food and drinks. But always tip your house keeping and restaurant hostess, overall I will definitely come back to this place, love the calm and quiet of this hotel and its surrounds, except that rooster and dog that the neighbors have, LOL.

Great hotel Right in central Colima. Check in took a little too long and the front desk girl seemed confused to what our cost of the room was..Maybe a better system to check in visitors should be used. And better ability to split cost of rooms when booking more then 2 rooms. On the plus side their restaurant Sabores is absolutely FANTASTIC. Food is great service is great . Wished the pool hours were extended a little longer. 9pm is too early. I would definitely stay again.

ROOMS ARE A GREAT IN SIZE , SERVICE WAS OK, MY ROOMS PHONE DID NOT WORK, AND EVEN AFTER I TOOK IT DOWN THE THE FRONT DESK TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT THEY NEVER REPLACED IT. POOL WAS A BIT DIRTY WITH LEAVES AS IT IS OPEN. ONLY BAD SCENARIO I COULD SAY I HAD NO CONTROL OF WAS THE CHURCH BELL IN THE MORNING AND THE LOCAL ROOSTER'S THAT WOULDN'T LET ME GET A RESTFUL SLEEP.

The chair was torn and the sheets were old but the air conditioner worked good and overall a good stay.
